Eng. HUSSAM AL SAKKA,
Has more than 13 years of solid experience in electrical industry throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was involved in production management and operation in various manufacturing plants in the Kingdom. He is an Electrical Engineer by discipline, design and technical manager by profession.
He has worked with HAWA For Electric Panel Board Factory (EPBF) From April 1997 Until February, 2001 with last held Position Production and Operation Manager & Quality Assurance.
He was in charge of the inventory of the volume of 30,000,000 SR and maintenance of more than 20 machines in different plants such as fabrication, welding, panting, plating and Busbar fabrications plants in addition to that, the inspection & testing equipments.
His achievements in the production with average monthly billing reach up to 15 million Saudi Riyal.
During this period with HAWA Factory he had executed so many projects the following are some of these projects:
1- In December 1998 he had completed the project of panel board (Minipiller) for SCECO East with quantities of 970 panel with approximate value 4 millions SR.
2-In January 1999, he had signed contract with SCECO Central to manufacture 670 panel of the Fuse Pillar with delivery period of 12 months, and he had completed and delivered them after 7 months only
He has worked also after that with Wahah Electric Supply Co. of Saudi Arabia (WESCOSA) For the manufacturing of Medium Voltage and Low voltage Switchgears, Motor Control Center (MCC’s), Switchracks , Capacitors Bank, Busducts , Cable Bus , Control Panels and Panel Board.
From February 2001 up to November 2009 with different Position Sales, Design,and last held Position Production and Operation Manager.
He was in charge of more than 300 employees. He achieved in the production with average monthly billing reach up to 42 million Saudi Riyal. And monthly production around 84 million Saudi Riyal.
During this period with WESCOSA Factory he had executed so many projects the following are some of these projects:
1- In November 2001 he signed a Contract with JGC Japan in an amount more than 6 million SR to Manufacturing 40 Runs of the Medium & Low Voltage Busducts for ARAMCO Project.
2- In October 2002, He had completed the executed “SCADA” of the Sea Water Cooling Project for Royal Commission in Jubail. Design of the Control and Monitoring System via PLC between Medium-Low, Voltage Panels and Control Room. With Valu of 192,000 SR.

3- In July 2003 he had executed a Project Control System via PLC for the Low Voltage Switchgear with Generator to feed the UPS for SAAB System in ARAMCO Dhahran with approximate value 340,000 SR.
4- In January 2004 he had Complete the Manufacturing of Motor Control Center (MCC) for Steam Power Plant Project for Royal Commission in Yanbu. With approximate value 1.3 Million SR.
5- In April 2004 he had completed the manufacturing of Motor Control Center (MCC) for Fuel Pumps in King Khalid Air Port in Riyadh for Saudi ARAMCO. With approximate value 1.8 Million SR.
6- In May 2004 he had started the Research and Development and visited some Factories in Malaysia to find out how we can manufacture the Motor Control Center (MCC) completely in WESCOSA Factory.
7- In November 2004 he had completed the Design of the Control System via PLC Modicon Quantum) between Medium Voltage Switchgear and Control Room DCS in Riyadh Refinery Project for Saudi ARAMCO with approximately value 450,000 SR.
8- In March 2005 he had manufacturing Low Voltage Switchgear and Low Voltage Motor Control Center (MCC) for ARAMCO project in HARAD GOSP-3 with approximately value 2.5 Million Saudi Riyal.
9- In February 2006 he held the position Production and Operation Manager in WESCOSA Factory during this time within Five Months he had increased the monthly billing production from 4-5 Millions up to 19.9 Millions Saudi Riyal.
10- In July 2007, he increased the production monthly billing up to 42 Million Saudi Riyal.
11- In March 2008 he started the new plan in the production after his visit factories in USA to increase the capacity more than 50% from the last year.
12- In 2009, he implements the new plan in the Production Line to give more capacity to the factory to reach up to 100 Million Saudi Riyal monthly billing.
He had worked with the following proponent (Clint).

- · Projects for other privet sector.
- And add to that, all the manufacturing projects of WESCOSA since 2006 up to end of 2009.
